Pack Your Gear

Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective materials are included.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
